2. Information presented on this site is considered to be public information and may be distributed or copied.

3. Recognizing our members’ expectation of privacy, Nicolet Credit Union has adopted the following privacy statement. Nicolet Credit Union will not disclose confidential information to any third party unless:

a. The member consents to the disclosure
b. The information is provided to help complete a transaction that the member has authorized.
c. The law allows Nicolet Credit Union to disclose the information, or;
d. The information is provided to third parties that participate with Nicolet Credit Union in supplying products or services to members or that promote products and services on behalf of Nicolet Credit Union.

4. Nicolet Credit Union respects our member need for privacy. Internal policies provide that all member information be kept confidential and used only for legitimate business purposes.

5. This institution does not knowingly collect, maintain or use personal information from our website about children under the age of thirteen and our website is not designed to attract children. If a child under the age of thirteen does send personal information online, we will only use that information to respond directly to that child, notify the parents, or seek parental consent.
